We are positioned in the Apple Business Park Industrial estate, off Bindon Road in Taunton and within easy walking distance of the Park and Ride scheme at Silk Mills and near the Livingstone shops.  There are ample free car and bike parking facilities on site.

Current Vacancies 

Repairs & Maintenance Administrator (full time)

Location: HQ in Taunton

You will work as part of a team of 7 to ensure our properties are presented and maintained in good order by planning and implementing required maintenance works as swiftly as possible, ensuring best value.

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • be used to working in an office environment, preferably dealing with property related matters in housing, block, or lettings management.
  • The ability to deal with a variety of people, especially contractors and retired persons by telephone, email and letter
  • The ability to deal with and resolve customer complaints, in accordance with company policies and procedures and in a timely manner.
  • Have an interest in providing well maintained homes for retired people to rent long term.


Credit Controller (full time)

Location: HQ in Taunton

Join our accounts team to deal with the invoicing and collection of tenant rent accounts. You will work closely with both the Head of Finance and Tenant Welfare Co-ordinator to ensure that the flow of rent is managed and that effective action is taken when tenants fall behind with their rent.

You will manage the Pre-Tenancy end processes to ensure that rent accounts are dealt with correctly, and oversee the annual housing benefit notifications You will also monitor tenant arrears repayment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of the rules and practices that govern Housing Benefit entitlement and claims and understand the principles of debtor management, along with a good numeric ability.
