It is your responsibility to clear any blockages you have caused.

Please ensure that the heater is switched on and the heater is set up to work in the usual way.

If your economy 7 has failed please check that the boost immersion is working as our repair administrators will need this information.

Please check that the shower isolator is in the on position.

Please tell us the location of the leak.

Please check the fuse box and neighbouring properties to see if it is a power cut before contacting us.

Please tell us the location of the window.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to clear any blockages you have caused to any kitchen or bathroom waste system.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to change lightbulbs.

It is the tenant’s responsibility to change batteries in doorbell units, if the unit fails after the batteries have been changed please contact us.
