COVID 19 update

Dear Customer

You will be aware that Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to spread across the UK and the associated impact is widening.  We have been proactively monitoring the outbreak, including the latest Government and NHS advice. Our priority is the wellbeing and safety of our people, this includes colleagues, customers, clients, contractors and visitors, and we will do all we can to take all necessary actions as required.

With the latest government and Public Health advice, we will continue to operate our services, and we hope to maintain ‘business as usual’, providing the level of service that you would normally expect.

It is possible though that in the event of a pandemic peak (and associated staff and contractor shortages due to illness or caring responsibilities) we may need to prioritise maintenance work on an emergency and health & safety basis and we will continue to work with contractors to address these issues as soon as possible. If this is the case, we will ensure you are kept up to date as to expected timeframes.

We would like to assure you that you will be still be able to contact us via phone or email.  If you are contacting us about a repair, our colleagues will need to ask some questions about recent travel and the health of people in your household. If you do have vulnerable people in your household, please make us aware at the time of reporting any issues so we can plan accordingly.

This will be a difficult time for many people, and if you have any concerns please do contact us as soon as you can. We are experiencing an increase in our calls  so it may take longer than usual to speak with someone, but we will answer your call as soon as possible.

We will continue to follow the guidance given by the government and will continue to provide updates to you if the situation changes.

We will do everything we can to provide you with the best service we can.  Your patience during this difficult period is very much appreciated.

Kind regards

Jamie Turnbull
